One of the greatest find during our trip to Peru last year was quinoa （pronounced keen wah ）. This super food has become very popular in the western world in recent years and has even been singled out by the United Nation as a food with high nutritive value.
It is a very versatile ingredient, easy to cook, has a crunchy bite and a nutty flavour. Most important of all, it is high in protein, contains all nine amino acid and is gluten free. I’m not a great cook, but really want to share this with you. Happy weekend！
